About

I've made this blog to help me focus on getting fit the healthy way. I have no interest in starving myself, yo-yo diets, eating disorders etc - I want to lose my weight slowly but forever. I am 19 years old, have always been overweight but last year I got to my biggest. Since January I have been working to undo all that. Currently I'm a 14 on the bottom, 12 on top (UK sizes). I would like to be a size 10/12. I am a girl of curves, I have a broad back and shoulders and so will never been skinny or even slim. I am more interested in having a toned hourglass figure with a healthy body. I want to look the best I possibly can and I'm willing to work for it. Thank you for following me on my journey, I hope it helps you in some way.

I’m sorry for the late reply, I’ve only just seen this!

Well it really depends on what you’re aiming for. However, all weight loss needs to really be a combination of cardio and muscle training, as you need muscles to continue burning fats during the day while you’re sat doing not a lot. Just doing cardio will help you lose weight, however as soon as you stop training as often as you start the weight loss will slow down and you’ll be disappointed.

If you need specific help on a body part, let me know and I’ll try help some more, it was just a broad question that’s all!

Hope you’re enjoying the gym :)
