I am SICK of this country.
People constantly complain about immigrants coming in to “steal our jobs”, yet British feel fine about rioting and looting, burning down houses and businesses, generally costing the country millions of pounds.
People don’t know how good they’ve got it in this country. Yet they act like spoilt brats and shame our country. I feel sorry for the athletes that have to come here for the Olympics next year, they must be so scared to visit London after all this.
Does anyone else have those days where you wake up and think “hmm I don’t actually look too bad today?”.
Usually I wake up thinking the opposite, but today I looked in the mirror and saw that my stomach has got considerably flatter, so there’s less of an overhang than there used to be.
My hair has gone right for once and looks healthy.
Only negative is that my skin is a bit pimply, but we can’t always look perfect can we?!
Is anyone else feeling good about themselves today?

Well it really depends on what you’re aiming for. However, all weight loss needs to really be a combination of cardio and muscle training, as you need muscles to continue burning fats during the day while you’re sat doing not a lot. Just doing cardio will help you lose weight, however as soon as you stop training as often as you start the weight loss will slow down and you’ll be disappointed.
If you need specific help on a body part, let me know and I’ll try help some more, it was just a broad question that’s all!

I went out last night and we sat in my friends back garden, which is by a pond.
I have been bitten to death by Mosquitos, and I react really badly to their bites, causing them to swell up to about the size of a golf ball.
Has anyone got any ideas how to calm the itching? It’s unbearable.
